1. Ticketing
Q: How do I buy a ticket?
A: Just browse our Events page, choose the show you want, and complete your purchase securely online. Your e-ticket will be sent to your email immediately.

Q: Can I buy tickets for multiple events in one order?
A: Yes! You can add multiple tickets (even from different events) to your cart and check out all at once.

Q: Do I need to print my ticket?
A: Not at all. We use mobile-friendly e-tickets with unique barcodes. Just show it at the entrance on your phone.

 

2. Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards via Stripe, as well as PayPal. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported on compatible devices.

Q: Is it safe to pay through TicketGreek?
A: Absolutely. All payments are processed through encrypted gateways. We don’t store your card details.

 

3. Event Entry & Check-In

Q: How does check-in work at the event?
A: Your ticket will be scanned at the entrance using our check-in app. Make sure to have your QR code ready (on your phone or printed).

Q: What if I lose my ticket email?
A: No worries – contact us at support@ticketgreek.com and we’ll resend it right away.

 

4. Refunds & Transfers
Q: Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
A: Refund policies depend on the event organizer. Please check the terms on the event page.

Q: Can I give my ticket to someone else?
A: Unless the event is marked “non-transferable,” yes – you can forward your ticket to someone else.
