By purchasing or using a ticket for an LMS Entertainment Group event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All Sales Final (No Refunds): All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be returned, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies to all reasons, including inclement weather, change of venue, or personal scheduling conflicts.

• No Resale or Transfer: Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold. Any ticket that is resold or transferred without LMS Entertainment Group’s authorization may be voided without refund, and holders of such tickets may be denied entry.

• Ticket Validation at Entry: Valid tickets must be presented for admission and will be scanned and verified at the door. Tickets admit one person only; any duplicate, altered, or counterfeit tickets will be rejected. Unauthorized or invalid tickets may result in denial of entry without refund.

• Age Restrictions: Venue age restrictions vary by event (some shows are all-ages, others 18+ or 21+). It is the ticket buyer’s responsibility to confirm the venue’s age policy before purchase. No refunds will be given for tickets purchased by or for individuals who do not meet the venue’s age requirements. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry to age-restricted events.

• Event Changes, Cancellations & Postponements: Event dates, times, performers, and venues are subject to changewithout notice. No refunds will be provided due to such changes. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your original ticket will be honored on the new date. If an event is canceled outright (and not rescheduled), no refund will be issued; LMS Entertainment Group may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative or credit, but is not obligated to do so. All events are rain or shine, and delays or schedule changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

• Code of Conduct: All attendees must adhere to a strict code of conduct and comply with all event and venue rules. Prohibited items/activities include, but are not limited to: illegal drugs or controlled substances, weapons of any kind, outside food or beverages, and any disruptive, unlawful, or abusive behavior. Venue security reserves the right to search all persons and belongings upon entry for safety. Violation of these rules may result in denied entry or ejection from the venue without refund, and may involve law enforcement if necessary.

• Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability: Attendance is at your own risk. By attending the event, you voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LMS Entertainment Group, the event venue, and their officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, theft, or other loss suffered by attendees during or in connection with the event. You release and waive all claims against LMS Entertainment Group and associated parties for any such injuries or losses, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct as defined by applicable law.

• Consent to Recording: By entering the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded (audio and video) by LMS Entertainment Group or its authorized partners. You grant LMS Entertainment Group the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, and voice in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, publication, or reproduction of the event (including for promotional or marketing purposes) in any media, now known or later developed, without further authorization or compensation. This consent and release extends to any minor attending the event with you.

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law and intended to be enforced to the maximum extent permitted in all U.S. states. LMS Entertainment Group reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person violating these terms or any law, without refund. By attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
